The Festival of Speed is the world’s largest automotive festival, drawing hundreds of thousands of fans every year and featuring a diverse array of modern and historic cars from around the world.
Pastrana and the Subaru team also participated in “Driftkhana” runs up the hill, with the Airslayer STI shredding tires for the fans in full Gymkhana style.

The Airslayer STI, debuted in the Gymkhana 2020 video features an 862-horsepower 2.3L SUBARU BOXER engine, race-spec all-wheel drive system and carbon-fiber body over a production Subaru shell.
Following practice runs on Thursday and Friday, Pastrana and the Airslayer STI sat third overall.
A thrilling final on Shootout Sunday saw Pastrana storm up the hill with a fully committed drive, sliding through the perilous Wall corner on the way to second place overall.
Pastrana qualified first overall on Saturday as a damp track showed the advantages of all-wheel drive over the top two-wheel-drive competitors.
Subaru Motorsports USA and driver Travis Pastrana took second place overall at the 2021 Goodwood Festival of Speed Hillclimb Shootout, the competition debut for the Airslayer STI.
