Amy Sgrignoli is the Vice President of Connected Business for Subaru of America (SOA). In this role she is responsible for the strategy, evaluation and operations of the entire connected car experience. Her team strives to provide an exceptional customer experience that keeps customers connected to their cars, their retailers and the brand throughout their ownership lifecycle.

Prior to her promotion to this role in 2022, Sgrignoli was the Director, Connected Business. Previously, Sgrignoli was the Director, Retail Operations and Training, where she was responsible for all product and process training provided to personnel at the more than 630 Subaru retailer locations, the Subaru Owner Loyalty Program and all sales and service incentive programs for retailers. Sgrignoli also previously served as the Director of Information Technology for more than five years, where she was responsible for the company’s customer experience systems, including CRM, Subaru.com, and the Adobe Marketing Cloud, and corporate analytics and data integration for all retailers. Prior to joining SOA, Sgrignoli spent 10 years at the General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) managing marketing efforts for the residential lending business.

Sgrignoli holds a bachelor’s from the University of Colorado – Boulder. She sits on the board of directors for the Stratford Friends School, which specializes in children who learn differently, including those with dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD and mild intellectual disabilities. Sgrignoli is an activist for educational rights and has helped numerous families advocate for equitable and accessible educational environments where all children can thrive. She lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.
