Sheila Gallucci-Davis is Senior Vice President - General Counsel, Legal, Corporate Responsibility and Philanthropy, and Secretary for Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA). In her role, Gallucci-Davis is responsible for legal, corporate responsibility and foundation matters nationwide. In addition, she has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Subaru of America Foundation, Inc. for more than a decade and was a founding member of the Diversity Executive leadership team. Her 35-year career at the company has focused on increasing SOA’s efforts to be More Than a Car Company®.

In recognition of her significant accomplishments to drive the business forward, Gallucci-Davis has been celebrated for her business, legal, philanthropic, and diversity achievements. She was named one of the “100 Leading Women” in the North American Automotive Industry by Automotive News; received the National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers Association Appreciation Award for her efforts in advancing diversity; named an Honoree by the Girls, Inc. of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey; a recipient of the Girl Scouts “Women of Achievement” Award for her personal accomplishments and contributions to the advancement of girls and women; received the Fischer Award of Distinction from Penn State University for extraordinary service; and the “Top General Counsel” First Chair Award for her legal career and leadership achievements.

Prior to joining SOA in 1987, Gallucci-Davis was a litigation associate with the Philadelphia law firm of White and Williams. Gallucci-Davis holds a J.D. from Dickinson School of Law and a bachelor’s from Pennsylvania State University. She is a current member and former Chair of the Online Education and Outreach Advisory Board for Penn State University, a member of the Corporate Leadership Board of the Barnes Foundation of Philadelphia, member of the Advisory Board and former Vice Chair of the Board of Symphony in C, and former member of the Board of the Delaware Valley Corporate Counsel Association. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, and has two adult children.
