Robert A. Font is Vice President, Digital Customer Experience & Marketing Analytics for Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA). In his role, Font leads multidisciplinary digital marketing teams: customer facing platforms, including Subaru.com and retailer websites; paid media and digital marketing; social media and influencer marketing; customer relationship marketing; and marketing insights and analytics. Font ensures SOA strategically delivers seamless digital experiences across innovative technology platforms, building customer engagement and establishing brand loyalty.
Prior to being promoted to Vice President in 2021, Font was Director, Digital Customer Experience & Marketing Analytics. He was promoted to this role in 2013. Font began his career at SOA in 2010 as Manager, Digital Marketing Communications.
Prior to joining SOA, Font spent 10 years at advertising agencies including Carmichael Lynch, Doner Advertising, and Team One working on national brands including Lexus, Ritz Carlton Hotels, Porsche Cars North American and Mazda North America. He also previously served on an advisory board for Brightroll and Pinterest.
Font holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University. He is actively involved in various initiatives focused on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, both internally at Subaru and externally.
