Lisa (Kline) Quan is the Vice President, Vehicle Planning and Logistics for Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA). In her role, Quan is responsible for supporting vehicle sales operations, which includes vehicle production planning and ordering, inventory analysis, allocation, and port accessory installation. She also leads the management of all SOA/Distributor port operations, including Subaru Yard Operations, as well as all inland vehicle and parts logistics.

Prior to being promoted to this role in 2023, Quan was the Zone Director for the Orlando Zone where she oversaw the variable and fixed operations performance of 35 Subaru Retailers in a Sunbelt Zone. Prior to joining Subaru in 2015, Quan was a Customer Services Field Manager at Lexus after holding a variety of Staff Manager and District Manager roles. She began her automotive career in 1997 as an Area Sales Manager for Toyota/Lexus Financial Services.

Quan holds a bachelor’s from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She and her family live in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and enjoy getting around town in their Subaru Ascent.
