Donald Novajosky is Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA). In his role, Novajosky is responsible for all legal affairs across the United States and provides strategic counsel on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, compliance, litigation, and commercial and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining SOA, Novajosky was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for Pep Boys. Beginning his legal career with prominent international law firms, he has also served as General Counsel for privately held and publicly traded software and technology companies. His 25-plus years of both law firm and in-house experience includes leading legal teams in the United States, Europe, and Asia, and working as a trusted advisor to boards of directors and executive management.

Novajosky holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
