SUBARU OF AMERICA NAMES LAURA LINK AS VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL AND SECRETARY
 

Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) today announced that Laura Link has been named vice president, general counsel and secretary, joining the company’s executive leadership team. In her role, Link will oversee all legal affairs for the automaker in the United States and provide strategic counsel on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, compliance, litigation, and commercial and regulatory matters. With experience spanning both legal affairs and human resources, Link brings a unique cross-functional perspective to governance, risk management, and organizational leadership.

Link originally joined SOA in 2019, as manager and senior counsel in the automaker’s legal department, where she was responsible for employment, benefits, and immigration law matters. She later transitioned to the human resource operations team and was promoted to director in 2023, leading teams responsible for benefits, benefits compliance, compensation, HRIT, and payroll. Prior to joining SOA, Link practiced law at Archer & Greiner in New Jersey.

Link holds a J.D. from Rutgers University and a B.A. in Philosophy and English from The College of New Jersey. She officially began her new role in late July 2026.
