Laura Link is Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA). In her role, Link oversees all legal affairs for the company in the United States and provides strategic counsel on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, compliance, litigation, and commercial and regulatory matters.

Joining SOA in 2019 as Manager, Senior Counsel in the Legal Department, Link was responsible for employment, benefits, and immigration law matters. In 2022, she transitioned into the Human Resource Operations team and was promoted to Director in 2023, leading teams responsible for benefits, benefits compliance, compensation, HRIT, and payroll. Her cross-functional experience spanning both legal and human resources provides a unique perspective on corporate governance, risk management, and organizational leadership.

Prior to joining SOA, Link practiced law at Archer & Greiner in New Jersey for more than 10 years, specializing in labor and employment law.

Link holds a J.D. from Rutgers University and a B.A. in Philosophy and English from The College of New Jersey. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, volunteering, and spending time with her family.
