All three Subaru cars were fast in practice, winning each of the three open practice groups on Friday.
Nitro Rallycross mastermind Travis Pastrana took second, his first-ever podium in the series he helped create.

Heat seeding after the Saturday qualifying rounds meant Speed and Bakkerud were placed in the same heat on Sunday morning, after Pastrana won his heat to punch his ticket to the final.
Throughout October and on National Make A Dog’s Day (October 22) Subaru is supporting and celebrating pets. Through a series of creative spots, the automaker is shining a spotlight on the hard-to-adopt shelter pets in need of loving homes, including dogs with special needs, affectionately dubbed “Underdogs.”
Through the Subaru Loves Pets initiative, Subaru and its retailers have supported the health, rescue, transport and adoption of more than 250,000 animals.
Each October, during Subaru Loves Pets month, Subaru and its retailers host or sponsor adoption events across the country to help local shelter pets find loving homes.
